Horizons New Zealand Immigration Consulting is headed by Rowel Mercado, a New Zealand citizen based in Auckland. He is a fully-licensed Immigration Advisor
He has over a decade of experience in immigration consulting since February 2002. He completed a Certificate of Proficiency in Immigration Law and New Zealand Practice at Massey University, New Zealand. He regularly visits the Manila office to provide immigration advice in the Philippines.

A New Zealand citizen based in Auckland. She is a fully licensed immigration adviser in New Zealand and Australia. She has an extensive legal background, having practised law in the Philippines, and worked as a legal executive in a financial services firm, prior to joining us at Horizons. She has completed the Certificate of Proficiency in Immigration Law and Practices in New Zealand from Massey University, as well as the Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice from the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.

Neil is a Permanent Resident of New Zealand, based on the North Shore of Auckland. Originally from the UK, Neil has extensive experience as a consultant in the security industry, having worked in the UK and China before coming to New Zealand. He received his provisional license while completing the Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice at Toi-Ohomai Institute of Technology.
